InMind Evaluations LLC ("InMind," "we," "us," or "our") is a technology company that operates the InMind Care Network, a digital platform through which adult patients may locate, contact, and schedule appointments with independent, licensed mental health providers across the United States.

InMind does not provide therapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, or any clinical services of any kind. We are a technology intermediary only. All therapeutic and clinical services are provided solely by the independent licensed providers accessible through the InMind Care Network. Those providers are not employees, agents, or partners of InMind. InMind does not supervise, direct, or control the clinical practice, treatment decisions, or professional conduct of any provider, and is not responsible for the clinical care, decisions, or conduct of those providers.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when we communicate with you by SMS text message as part of our scheduling service.

• When you interact with our SMS messaging program, we may collect:
• Your mobile phone number
• The content of messages you send to us (e.g., appointment confirmations)
• Date, time, and frequency of messages sent and received
• Appointment-related information you provide (e.g., preferred times, provider name)
• We do not collect sensitive health records, diagnoses, or treatment information through SMS.

• We use the information collected solely to:
• Send appointment availability notifications and scheduling reminders
• Confirm appointments and deliver Google Meet session links
• Respond to your replies and manage your scheduling preferences
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We will not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information or mobile phone number with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your information is used exclusively to provide the scheduling and referral coordination services described above.

We retain message logs only as long as necessary to deliver our services and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us at mindy@inmindevaluations.com.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take our obligations seriously and continuously review our practices.

You may opt out of our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-enroll, contact us at mindy@inmindevaluations.com. Reply HELP to any message for assistance.

Our SMS service is intended solely for adults (18 years of age and older). We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our SMS service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
