InMind Evaluations LLC ("InMind," "we," "us," or "our") is a technology company that operates the InMind Care Network, a digital platform through which adult patients may locate, contact, and schedule appointments with independent, licensed mental health providers across the United States.
InMind does not provide therapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, or any clinical services of any kind. We are a technology intermediary only. All therapeutic and clinical services are provided solely by the independent licensed providers accessible through the InMind Care Network. Those providers are not employees, agents, or partners of InMind. InMind does not supervise, direct, or control the clinical practice, treatment decisions, or professional conduct of any provider, and is not responsible for the clinical care, decisions, or conduct of those providers.
The InMind Referral Network SMS Program sends appointment availability notifications, booking confirmations, and session links to adult patients who have opted in to receive scheduling communications via text message. Messages are sent in English and Spanish. This program is used exclusively for scheduling coordination — it is not a clinical or crisis service.
This program is available to adults (18 years of age or older) residing in the United States who have provided their mobile phone number and consented to receive SMS messages from InMind Evaluations LLC.
Message frequency varies based on your scheduling activity. You may receive up to 4 messages per appointment cycle (availability notification, confirmation request, booking confirmation, and session link delivery). There is no fixed monthly maximum as messages are triggered solely by scheduling events.
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan's SMS and data charges. InMind Evaluations LLC is not responsible for charges incurred by your carrier.
You may cancel your participation in this SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message from InMind. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number. To re-enroll, contact us at mindy@inmindevaluations.com.

Messages are supported on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and regional carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all networks.
This SMS program is used exclusively for appointment scheduling and care coordination. We will never use this channel to send promotional offers, advertisements, or marketing messages unrelated to your appointment activity.
Your mobile number and message data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
InMind Evaluations LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue this SMS program at any time. Updated terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
